The President of the Supreme Council of the Popular Resistance, Sheikh Hamoud Saeed Al-Mikhlafi, sent a congratulatory telegram to the Egyptian leadership, government and brotherly Egyptian people on the occasion of the anniversary of the great crossing of October 6, 1973.
