  A Yemeni popular resistance that includes a broad spectrum of the Yemeni people and national forces, enjoys full legal personality and independence in decision-making, and seeks to restore the Yemeni state and preserve the unity, independence , stability and territorial integrity of Yemen.

 

Strategic vision

 Restoring the  state OF YEMEN   , ending the Houthi coup and all other threats, preserving the nation’s sovereignty, republican system, unity, and stability, and building a strong, stable and effective Yemen in its regional and international surroundings


 Objectives

  -Continuing the struggle to end the Houthi coup, and confronting the repercussions arising from it

 -Restoring the state  OF YEMEN  and activating its pioneering role at the regional and international levels

-Preserving the country’s sovereignty, territorial integrity, and republican system

  -Supporting the armed forces and security forces in restoring the state and achieving security and stability

  -Cooperation with all national forces, in a way that guarantees the country’s highest interests

  1.   -The Houthi coup continues

    -The inability of the legitimate government and the coalition’s lack of seriousness to defeat the coup

      -The coalition’s path to support legitimacy deviates from its stated goals

      -Systematic targeting of the national army and national forces and weakening state institutions and national forces

    -Foreign interventions that violate Yemeni sovereignty and support projects that tear apart the fabric of society and the unified state entity

    -The worsening humanitarian tragedy and economic and security deterioration of the Yemeni people as a result of the continuation of the war - The Yemeni people’s need for a liberated national action that is more capable of comprehensively confronting the coup and rebel militias

 Commitment to the principle of national struggle-

-The Supreme Council of Popular Resistance is committed to being a national struggle movement that includes in its composition all political and social forces, popular components, and youth and mass activities. It does not represent any intellectual orientation or political component, and confirms its distance from political tensions and partisan conflicts and what leads to them and their consequences

 -Restoring the state and ending the coup and the resulting security imbalances and political divisions will remain the Council’s primary goal and the major priority it seeks to achieve

 -The Supreme Council of Popular Resistance affirms respect for the three terms of reference related to the Yemeni crisis (the Gulf Initiative, the outcomes of the national dialogue, and UN Resolution 2216) and calls for their implementation, adherence to them, and not exceeding them in any way.

 -Adherence to the republican system of government, the federal form of the   state, political and party pluralism, and the peaceful transfer of power

-The Supreme Council of Popular Resistance struggles to preserve Yemen’s independence, unity, and territorial integrity

 -Supporting the national army and supporting it with the means and capabilities available in the battle to restore the state

 -The Supreme Council of Popular Resistance supports efforts to strengthen the presence of legitimate state institutions, impose their prestige, develop their performance, and enable them to perform their duties on every inch of Yemeni territory, and at the top of those duties is leading the liberation battle and taking full care of the families of the martyrs and the wounded, and rejects all manifestations of failure, administrative corruption, and tampering with public funds

 -The Council affirms the right of the Yemeni state to recover all its sovereign resources, and calls for redoubling efforts to improve economic conditions and alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people

 -The Council supports the efforts of the legitimate state to secure Yemeni waterways in a way that achieves the security of the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea

 -The Supreme Council of Popular Resistance considers the battle of awareness, raising the level of the people culturally and cognitively, and building human resources skills, a battle no less important than the battles to restore the state and end the coup

 -The Council is committed to maintaining good relations with the Arab coalition countries, in particular the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the brotherly and friendly countries that support the right of the Yemeni people to restore their state, preserve their unity and national sovereignty, and establish relations based on common interests and mutual respect

-The Supreme Council of Popular Resistance respects all legitimate demands for issues and claims of grievances left by previous decades of conflict, and will seek with all its capabilities to bring viewpoints closer and return rights to their people in accordance with the principles of transitional justice and reparation

 -The Supreme Council of Popular Resistance considers the racist ideas and sectarian practices of the terrorist Houthi militia a serious threat that harms the present and future of the Yemeni people and the Arab region, and will seek to confront this danger by all possible means

-Absolute rejection of all forms of extremism and terrorism, and all ethnic, sectarian, regional and regional projects, and work to enhance societal cohesion, religious tolerance and social peace

  -Commitment to promoting the values ​​of equal citizenship and the rule of law

  Respecting human rights and fundamental freedoms.-

 -Emphasizing the empowerment of women and youth, their fair representation in all components of the state and its institutions, and ensuring their effective participation in public affairs
