Sheikh Muhammad Al-Kalouli, Chairman of the Popular Resistance Council in Lahj Governorate

The first founding meeting of the Popular Resistance Council was held in Lahj Governorate, headed by Sheikh Abd al-Raqib al-Bukairi al-Subaihi, Vice President of the Supreme Council for Popular Resistance.

 In accordance with the applicable regulations and systems, and after the meeting that included a number of field leaders, council members, and social figures, Sheikh Muhammad Ahmed Al-Kalouli was chosen as Chairman of the Popular Resistance Council in Lahj Governorate.

 In addition, the Chairman of the Supreme Council of Popular Resistance, Sheikh Hamoud Saeed Al-Mikhlafi, blessed the holding of the founding meeting of the Lahj Governorate Resistance Council and the selection of the head of the Lahj Governorate Resistance Council.

 Sheikh Al-Mikhlafi confirmed that the people of Lahj Governorate had the most prominent role in combating the Houthi militias and defeating their dynastic remnants from the areas of Lahj Governorate and its environs.

 Sheikh Al-Kalouli, head of the Lahj Governorate Resistance Council, is considered one of the social figures who took the lead in defeating the Houthi militia members from the lands of Lahj Governorate, and a social reformer who enjoys the love and appreciation of many of the people of Lahj Governorate.
