Taiz: Popular Resistance in Sala District Declares Full Readiness for Liberation and Restoration of State

The Popular Resistance Council in Sala District, Taiz Governorate, announced its full readiness and absolute willingness to participate in the battle to liberate the governorate and restore the state from the grip of the terrorist Houthi coup militia.
This came during a massive public event followed by a group iftar, organized by the district's Resistance Council under the auspices and supervision of the Supreme Council of the Popular Resistance. Thousands of resistance leaders and men, as well as the district's popular base, gathered to demand the resumption of the liberation battle and affirm their unwavering support for the legitimate government and the national army until the Houthi coup is overthrown and the state is restored.
In a speech delivered by the Popular Resistance Council in Sala District, leader Taha Al-Abdani, he stated that this valiant district is among the most sacrificial districts, and that it has not and will not forget the blood of the righteous martyrs and the wounds of the heroic wounded.
He pointed out that the sacrifices made by the Sala district and all of Taiz's districts will only yield unparalleled freedom and dignity, and their fruit will be the liberation of the homeland and the building of a state of institutions and law.
Al-Abdani emphasized that the Sala district has been and will remain a haven for all the free people of Taiz, and that, just as it has embraced the displaced from all of Taiz's usurped districts, it will be the starting point for heroes to liberate Taiz and the homeland.
For his part, Engineer Aref Tamim Al-Yousfi, Director General of the Sala district, said, "We and all citizens are ready to be in the front lines, because injustice and the continued siege are unacceptable. There are also oppressed people behind these hills awaiting the national army and the popular resistance, awaiting the liberation battle to free them from the militias."
Al-Yousfi called for steadfastness, because people cannot bear more than they have already endured. He emphasized that history will only commemorate the heroes who resisted and fought, not those who submitted and surrendered. Pointing out that there is no security or coexistence with the Houthi criminals, and that they have no covenant or charter, and that there is no solution except through popular resistance and the completion of the liberation.
In a speech on behalf of the Taiz Axis, delivered by Colonel Yahya Al-Raimi, Head of the Moral Guidance Division of the Axis, he thanked the leadership of the Supreme Council of the Popular Resistance, headed by Council Chairman Sheikh Hamoud Saeed Al-Mikhlafi, for sponsoring these events, which renew the pledge and declare readiness to complete the liberation of the remaining Taiz Governorate and all of Yemen from the Houthi coup militia.
Colonel Al-Raimi recalled the progress of the battle to liberate the proud and struggling Sala district, listing the most prominent areas of Sala that witnessed fierce battles that ended in the defeat and expulsion of the Houthi militia. He emphasized that the continued presence of the resistance and popular support as a complement to the national army means that victory is near, close to all Yemenis. He noted that victory was achieved for the Syrian people over the Assad gang as a result of the combined efforts of the army, the resistance, and the popular support.
In his speech on behalf of the Taiz Axis, Al-Raimi stressed the importance of unifying all military formations under the authority of the legitimate government and moving toward decisive victory over the Houthi militia. He called on the state leadership to embrace this positive initiative from the Supreme Council of the Popular Resistance, which calls for increased readiness to complete the liberation.
For his part, Popular Resistance leader Munir Hamid Saif delivered a speech on behalf of the Supreme Council of the Popular Resistance, conveying to the heroes and the masses in attendance the greetings of the Council and its President, Sheikh Hamoud Saeed Al-Mikhlafi, and their blessings for this important event and this declaration of readiness and presence to support the National Army in completing the liberation battle, restoring the state and the republic, and ending the bloody, criminal Houthi coup and the resulting calamities that have befallen Yemen, its land and its people.
Munir Saif added, "Today, you declare your steadfastness, perseverance, patience, and readiness to achieve victory, and your readiness to support the national army in the battle for dignity, pride, and freedom. In doing so, you strengthen the entire Yemeni nation, to rise up, mobilize, and unify its efforts to restore the homeland, heal its wounds, and end its suffering." He added, "It is time for unity, closing ranks, and unifying all efforts. It is time for strength, victory, and freedom."
Poet Ahmed Abu Al-Nasr recited an impassioned poem titled "Taiz is honored by us and will not collapse." In it, he emphasized the effectiveness of the resistance project and how Taiz has persevered with its steadfast and courageous resistance, winning the admiration of the resistance heroes and their popular base present at the event.
The event concluded with the reading and recitation of a pledge to continue the struggle and advance the path of popular resistance until liberation is complete and the Yemeni state is restored, affirming that the battle for liberation is an irreversible option.
