Sheikh Abdul Raqeeb Al-Subaihi, Vice President of the Supreme Council of the Popular Resistance and Chairman of the Popular Resistance Council in the Aden Region, congratulated the Yemeni people on the 62nd anniversary of the outbreak of the glorious October 14 Revolution.

Sheikh Al-Subaihi affirmed that defeating colonialism was an immortal national achievement for all Yemenis, emphasizing that this revolution, along with the September 26 Revolution, are twin revolutions with complementary goals toward building a free, republican, and unified Yemeni state.

Sheikh Al-Subaihi explained that the October Revolution, which erupted in the high mountains of Radfan against British colonialism, united the will for liberation and dignity, proving that the destiny of Yemenis is one and that their unity is an invincible force.

He emphasized that celebrating the two revolutions is a renewal of the pledge to adhere to national and republican principles and to reject any projects aimed at fragmentation, division, or the return of priesthood and imamate.

 The Vice President of the Supreme Council of the Popular Resistance emphasized that the current confrontation against the Houthi Imami project is a natural extension of the spirit of the October Revolution and a battle for existence to restore the state and impose the rule of law. Sheikh Al-Subaihi concluded by emphasizing that the popular resistance will remain the first line of defense and support for the national army until complete victory is achieved.
