Today, in Taiz Governorate, the Supreme Council of the Popular Resistance held a ceremony honoring 20 graduates of the Military College from the Taiz Axis and its sub-units.

At the beginning of the ceremony, which was attended by Brigadier General Abdullah Abdo Hamoud, Commander of the 170th Air Defense Brigade; Saeed Sultan Al-Faqih, Member of the Popular Resistance Council in Taiz Governorate; Sheikh Sadiq Muidh; and a number of military and civilian leaders, the Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Popular Resistance, Sheikh Hamoud Saeed Al-Mikhlafi, expressed his pride in the graduates, praising their field experience gained during the years of confrontation with the militias since 2015, in addition to the academic and military training they received.

He emphasized that these graduates represent a qualitative and professional addition to the national army. They are future leaders and a fundamental pillar in the national battle to restore the state and defeat the terrorist militias.

Sheikh Al-Mikhlafi pointed out that the graduates represent a distinguished group of Taiz military units who have fought in battles on various fronts and locations, serving at the forefront.

He added that Taiz, with its immense sacrifices, remains a stumbling block for the militias. He called for closing ranks, putting aside differences, strengthening the cohesion of state institutions and legitimate bodies, and moving forward toward the decisive battle to liberate the homeland.

The head of the Supreme Council of the Popular Resistance reviewed the current challenges, emphasizing that the Houthi militias are suffering from internal disintegration and factional conflict. They lack a national project, but rather a dependent external project whose end is near.

He emphasized the importance of uniting all national and military formations under one banner to wage the battle for salvation, considering that the current conditions are favorable for reclaiming the capital, Sana'a, and rebuilding the state.

At the ceremony, presented by Colonel Mansour Hazam, Assistant Commander of the 170th Air Defense Brigade for Moral Guidance, Taiz Resistance Council member Saeed Sultan Al-Faqih reviewed the origins of the popular resistance in Taiz and the effective role played by Sheikh Hamoud Al-Mikhlafi in supporting the fronts, rehabilitating the wounded, caring for the families of martyrs, and following up on their treatment both inside and outside the country.

He also addressed the Supreme Resistance Council's programs and plans for the next phase at the fronts in the various governorates, affirming the Council's support for the Martyr Al-Hammadi Institute for Leadership Training, with the aim of providing the military institution with quality and professional leaders.

Sheikh Sadiq Muidh praised the graduates' role in strengthening the capabilities of the National Army, calling for their academic qualifications and field experience to be utilized in the service of their military units and to raise the level of discipline and combat readiness. He wished them success in their future missions.

Second Lieutenant Murad Al-Lahbi delivered a speech on behalf of the graduates, expressing his and his colleagues' pride in achieving this scientific and military accomplishment. He emphasized that their graduation represents a new milestone in their national journey and reinforces their responsibility to defend the homeland and its gains. He praised the support and follow-up of the President of the Supreme Council of Resistance for them throughout their academic and field careers.
