The Supreme Council of the Popular Resistance - Aden Region organized a mass public festival in the city of Al-Turbah, west of Taiz, to celebrate the anniversary of the September 26 and October 14 revolutions.

In a speech by the Vice President of the Supreme Council of the Popular Resistance, Sheikh Abdul Raqeeb Al-Subaihi, he conveyed to the attendees the greetings of the President of the Council, Sheikh Hamoud Saeed Al-Mikhlafi, stressing that the goals and principles of the September and October revolutions are the national legacy that we must all defend and preserve, and not squander.

Al-Subaihi added: "The September 26 revolution is still ongoing and lasting, due to the continuation of its causes and the existence of its justifications. The Imamate has raised its head again, and injustice, slavery, poverty, ignorance and disease have all returned under the cloak of the Houthis. Therefore, it was necessary for September to return, the revolution to ignite, and the revolutionaries to be motivated."

Dr.  Ahmed Al-Rabasi, Vice President of Taiz University for the Turbah Branch, said that the September Revolution went through many turns, as reactionary forces were able to obstruct the achievement of some of its goals, and he stressed that the revolution will continue until all its goals are achieved.

Sheikh Hilmi Al-Subaihi stressed in the speech of the sheikhs that Yemen is not just a piece of land, but a homeland, and that September 26 is the mother of the Yemeni revolutions in which our ancestors wrote the most wonderful epics.

The festival included artistic segments, speeches, and poems that glorified the glorious revolutions and reinforced the September values and principles.
