The Popular Resistance Council in Taiz Governorate announced today the adoption of a monthly cash sponsorship project for the wounded, the amputee category, with the support of Sheikh Hamoud Saeed Al-Mikhlafi, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Popular Resistance
At the beginning of the inauguration, which was attended by the Chairman of the Popular Resistance Council in Taiz, Sheikh Marsh Abdul Jalil, and members of the Popular Resistance Council in the governorate, Sheikh Hamoud Saeed Al-Mekhlafi, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Popular Resistance, congratulated those present via video communication on the glorious holidays of the Yemeni revolution, September 26 and October 14, and the importance of drawing inspiration from the lessons of struggle and sacrifice to win for the homeland. And the defeat of the imamate projects and the dependence of the greedy forces, adding that we cherish the sacrifices of the martyrs, the wounded, and the prisoners, and we cherish the steadfastness of the popular incubator, and we affirm that caring for the families of the martyrs and the wounded is a priority for the Supreme Council of Popular Resistance, as well as the continuation of field visits and inspection of the needs of the heroes of the fronts, especially during the winter, so that they can withstand the confrontation of the Houthi militias
In his speech, he touched on the plans and programs of the Supreme Council of Resistance, the historical victories of the heroes of Palestine, and the importance of popular mobilizations to support our brothers in Gaza and its heroes who broke the iron dome of the Israeli enemy
For his part, the head of the Popular Resistance Council in the governorate, Sheikh Marsh Abdul Jalil, explained that the monthly cash sponsorship project comes within the Council’s humanitarian projects department in order to alleviate the suffering of these heroes who sacrificed parts of their bodies to defend the pride and dignity of Taiz and won pioneering national championships in resisting the Houthi militias and their new version. Which dragged the country into a quagmire of war, blood and devastation
The inauguration included speeches by the Executive Director of the Sheikh Hamoud Saeed Al-Mikhlafi Foundation, Mr. Abdul Rahman Hassan, the Director of the Professional Institute for Training and Qualification, Hayat Al-Dhabhani, and a number of attendees
