The Supreme Council of Popular Resistance organized a Ramadan evening in Marib Governorate in tribute to the wounded and to celebrate them under the slogan “The month of Ramadan... Jihad and sacrifice, giving and loyalty".
At the evening, which was attended by representatives of the National Army, the local authority, the popular resistance, and a large group of citizens, the head of the Supreme Council of Popular Resistance, Sheikh Hammoud Saeed Al-Mikhlafi, delivered a speech over the phone in which he said: The wounded are the true expression of the great sacrifices made for the sake of the homeland, and they are the ones who deserve all the honor. All the care and attention.
Sheikh Al-Mikhlafi added: The Supreme Council has placed the families of the martyrs and the wounded among its top priorities and will make every effort to return the favor and alleviate the suffering of the groups most affected by our mortally wounded.
He stressed that the popular resistance will continue the mission of defending the homeland and the republic in support of the national army until the state is restored and the coup is defeated.
The Director of the Technical Office of the Supreme Council in Marib, Engineer Anwar Al-Humairi, indicated that the Council seeks, through its humanitarian department, to implement many projects in Marib Governorate, including a professional academy to rehabilitate the wounded and the families of martyrs, and to provide special housing units for the wounded in order to receive medical care in an atmosphere of privacy and convalescence, and it has begun. The department is already in the first phase of this project, and there are many projects that will constitute a milestone in the field of caring for and caring for the wounded.
Engineer Al-Himyari stressed that resistance is the strategic choice for the Yemeni people, and that any negotiation with the Houthis will be of no use, as history and events have proven that the Houthis are covenant breakers who only care about this people and have no obligation.
In his speech on behalf of the wounded, the wounded Radwan Al-Abdali expressed his pride in the honoring of the Supreme Council for the Wounded, and expressed his thanks and gratitude to the Council, represented by its president, Sheikh Hammoud Saeed Al-Mikhlafi, may Allah protect him, for the continued attention to the wounded at home and abroad.
Regarding the resistance councils in the governorates, Sheikh Abdullah Ali Al-Sarari, Chairman of the Al-Bayda Resistance Council, gave a speech in which he affirmed the continuation of the resistance act and the rejection of Al-Bayda Governorate and all the governorates of Yemen to the terrorist Houthi militias, and that the liberation battle is inevitably coming, and he added: The heinous crime of the militia of darkness and the priesthood will remain in deterrence in revenge against all. an authentic Yemeni that cannot be erased by age or fade away with time.
In a speech by the Chairman of the Dhamar Resistance Council, Sheikh Nasser Al-Naqeeb, in which he expressed the importance of caring for the wounded, Sheikh Al-Naqeeb stressed the necessity of working by all means to unify efforts and close ranks in the face of the Houthi threat, and begin a new phase of comprehensive resistance to restore the state, defeat the coup, and achieve victory for the republic.
The evening included various poems and chants, and concluded with tributes to the heroes wounded.
