The Humanitarian Department of the Supreme Council of the Popular Resistance launches the "Winter Warmth" project for the fronts in Taiz Governorate

The Humanitarian Department of the Supreme Council of the Popular Resistance launched the "Winter Warmth" project to support the fronts as part of its ongoing support for the National Army and the heroes of the Popular Resistance in Taiz Governorate.

In this context, the General Coordinator of the Humanitarian Department of the Council, Mr. Majdi Al-Qabati, said that the project is implemented annually as part of its roles and obligations towards the defenders of the dignity fronts to enhance their steadfastness and support them, in light of the difficult climatic conditions and extremely cold weather.

For his part, Mr. Abdul Rahman Hassan, Executive Director of the Sheikh Hamoud Saeed Al-Mikhlafi Foundation - the project implementer - confirmed that the project includes in-kind supplies for winter warmth, such as jackets and others.

He pointed out that this project comes within the framework of the ongoing efforts to support the steadfastness of the heroes of the National Army and the Popular Resistance who guard Taiz and defend the dignity and freedom of the homeland in the face of the terrorist Houthi militia.

 For their part, a number of leaders and members of the National Army and the Popular Resistance expressed their gratitude for this humanitarian gesture, stressing that it raises their morale and makes them feel the popular support behind them. It is noteworthy that the Humanitarian Department of the Supreme Council of the Popular Resistance implements many projects and initiatives to support the fronts and the guards, within the framework of the national battle for justice in order to complete the liberation of the homeland from the coup militia.
