The Popular Resistance Councils in the Cairo, Taizia, and Al-Salam districts of Taiz Governorate announced their full readiness to participate actively in the battle to liberate the governorate and Yemen, and to restore the state from the grip of the terrorist Houthi coup militia.


This came during a mass public event held in Freedom Square, followed by a group iftar. The event was organized by the Resistance Councils in the three districts for the heroes of the Northern Front, under the auspices and supervision of the Supreme Council of the Popular Resistance.


The event was attended by thousands of leaders, men, and heroes of the resistance and the popular base, who reiterated their emphasis on the necessity of resuming the liberation battle, emphasizing their steadfast support for the legitimate government and the National Army until the Houthi coup is ended and the state is restored.


The speech of the organizing districts, delivered by Sheikh Sadiq Muidh, emphasized the readiness of the Popular Resistance and the National Army to continue the liberation battle and restore the state, emphasizing the importance of adhering to the republican identity and confronting the Houthi coup.


 Mu'aidh sent several messages, including: support for the Yemeni people's steadfastness in the face of the Houthi coup despite the harsh conditions, a message of solidarity with citizens in areas controlled by the Houthi militia, and an invitation to those who had been deceived and joined the Houthi ranks to return to the national fold, emphasizing that Yemen accommodates everyone under a just state and equal citizenship. He also called for unity against the militias and urged the legitimate leadership to prepare for the liberation battle.


In a speech by the local authority, Dr. Abdul-Qawi Al-Mikhlafi, the First Deputy Governor of Taiz, praised the role of the resistance in supporting the legitimate government and the national army against the Houthi militias. He emphasized the need to stand behind the political leadership and work together to end the Houthi coup and restore the state.


 Al-Mikhlafi praised the efforts of the Popular Resistance in enhancing combat readiness, noting that Taiz has been and will remain a symbol of national struggle and steadfastness. He thanked the Supreme Council of the Popular Resistance for organizing these Ramadan events, which reflect the continued spirit of struggle and national cohesion. He also saluted all the people of Taiz and Yemen who are steadfast in the fields of honor, sites of heroism, and fronts of pride.


For his part, Brigadier General Abdullah Abdo Hamoud, Commander of the 170th Brigade, in his speech on behalf of the National Army, praised the efforts of the Supreme Council of the Popular Resistance and the Popular Resistance in general in supporting the army to restore the state and its institutions and end the Houthi coup.


He emphasized the need to unify efforts and close ranks to achieve victory, emphasizing that the army will remain steadfast in performing its duty across the 317-kilometer stretch of Taiz, emphasizing that protecting the homeland is an unwavering duty.


 For his part, Taiz Axis spokesman Colonel Abdulbasit Al-Bahr affirmed that the popular resistance represents the primary starting point for restoring the state, emphasizing the importance of popular support in supporting the national battle. He noted that the world is beginning to realize the danger posed by the Houthi militia.


Colonel Al-Bahr thanked the great efforts made by the Supreme Council of the Popular Resistance, led by Sheikh Hamoud Saeed Al-Mikhlafi, in supporting the national army and the national battle.

 At the conclusion of the mass event, thousands of resistance heroes and popular supporters reiterated their pledge to continue the national battle and pursue the struggle of popular resistance until the liberation of Yemen is completed, the state is restored, and the Houthi coup is ended.
