While the Council extends its condolences and sincere sympathies to the families of the victims and their loved ones, it denounces this terrorist act and affirms its position rejecting terrorism and extremist ideas provided by the dysfunctional environment created by the Houthi coup, its deviant ideology, and its most extreme and bloody behavior, which led to the undermining of the state and caused the expansion of the circle of violence and counter-violence, which is unjustified.
